The Administrative System

The administrative body of the University consists of a secretary-general headed by a director who personally supervises the financial sector and directs:

1. The secretary of the President
2. The secretary of the University who deals with:
1. The secretariat of the University
2. The provision of statistics, enquiries, and publications
3. The provision of relationships between the University and other universities
4. The provision of affairs of educational and tertiary exchange
5. The provision of tertiary ceremonies and celebrations at the University
6. The provision of conferences
7. The provision of the student guide
8. The supervision of the central library
9. The supervision of the general administration
10. All activities of the secretariat requested by the Chancellor
    
    
3. The common administration which deals with:
1. The provision of relations among the Chancellor, the faculties, and the departments
2. The provision of the correspondence of the University and the affairs of employees
3. The distributing of circulations and administrative decisions
4. The securing of documents and publications of the faculties of the University
5. The securing of the files of the employees of the University
6. The provision of supplies, the keeping of registers and courses in all faculties
7. The provision of common purchased goods
8. The carrying out of office activities in general and all activities assigned by the Chancellor
