The Deans

Article 12: A dean may be appointed upon a decision of the Board of Trustees for one year renewable. A dean carries out the educational, administrative, and financial affairs of the faculty assisted by a board for that faculty according to the regulations of the University. A dean maintains order and the well functioning of that faculty.

A dean shall submit to the Chancellor a detailed report at the end of the academic year outlining the activities of the faculty.
In the case of the absence of a dean, the Chancellor appoints someone who would best carry out the duties of that dean.
